About our pricing policy

ACE&CS Ltd offers its services to everyone and adapts the prices of its products and services in the way that they were affordable to all of its targeted customers. To achieve this goal, the company has adopted strict pricing and firm policies in accordance with the company optimizes all of its expenses and performance of its duties. The aforementioned policies resulted in highly competitive prices with respect to the offered quality and the amount of work performed.

What factors affect our prices?

Although the prices of the services which ACE&CS Ltd offers are individual and depend on the nature and the extent of the taken job, there are several factors that affect our prices.

Pricing of our services in the area of research and development

The price is individual and is determined in advance as an approximate price in agreement with the customer. In the case of long-term contracts, it is impossible to accurately assess the price of the taken research or development job and its related expenses in advance. The price in this case consists of an approximate price, based on the estimated cost of the assessed amount of work and the related expenses, and the final price, based on the actual cost of work performed and the related expenses. ACE&CS Ltd however will do everything it can not to exceed the approximate price.

Pricing of our computational services

ACE&CS Ltd uses three types of software packages:

  1. Software packages developed by the company and freely available public domain software packages which are intended for internal use only and which the company uses on its own

    The hourly rate of pay consists of an hourly labor cost, an hourly cost of the used software package based on its annual depreciation (if it was activated), absorbed overheads and related expenses converted into an hourly rate.

  2. Rented software packages

    The hourly rate of pay consists of an hourly labor cost, an hourly cost of the rented software package, absorbed overheads and related expenses converted into an hourly rate.

  3. Purchased software packages

    The hourly rate of pay consists of an hourly labor cost, an hourly cost of the purchased software package based on its annual depreciation, absorbed overheads and related expenses converted into an hourly rate.

Pricing of our engineering and consultation services

The hourly rate of pay consists of an hourly labor cost, absorbed overheads and related expenses converted into an hourly rate.

Pricing of our training courses, lectures and seminars

The prices of our training courses, lectures and seminars are fixed. They are stated as per capita prices and they cover the overall cost of the training course, lecture or seminar including lecture notes, aids, supplementary material and refreshment for the whole period of the event. A minimum number of ten participants are required in order that the company can run a training course, deliver a lecture or organize a seminar.
